Update alert! We’ve re-launched Pullover Hoodies and launched all-new Cropped Hoodies.

Activating Pullover Hoodies
Previously, our Pullover Hoodies and Zip Hoodies were listed together as style options under the Hoodies product. With the newly launched updates, Pullover Hoodies and Zip Hoodies are separate standalone products on-site and in your Artist Studio. To make the process easier, if you already had Hoodies available in your shop, we’ve automatically enabled Pullover Hoodies on your behalf. If you haven’t already enabled Pullover Hoodies (or our other Apparel products!), now is the perfect to do so.
Visit your Artist Studio to upload new designs or enable any Apparel products.
Updates to Pullover Hoodies
We’ve also expanded the printing options and updated the asset requirements for Pullover Hoodies. The following printing locations are now available: chest graphic, full front graphic, full back graphic, and full back & chest graphic.
As for the asset requirements, Pullover Hoodies previously allowed for a vertical file that was 3300 x 5100 pixels. With the re-launch, we have updated the asset requirements to 4200 X 4200 pixels. By updating the requirement to a square file, this will prevent from printing over the front pocket and allow for a higher quality product. The new square file requirement will ensure that your artwork is printed on the space above the pocket only. If your existing files for Hoodies meets the updated requirement, your Pullover Hoodies are already enabled but please review all of your Pullover Hoodie artwork to ensure that the cropping and placement is as desired. If your existing Hoodie artwork doesn’t meet the new asset requirement, your Pullover Hoodies will not be automatically enabled. In that case, please visit your Artist Studio to upload a new file that meets the asset requirement.
Activating Cropped Hoodies
If you already have Pullover Hoodies enabled in your shop, Cropped Hoodies will automatically be available. Cropped Hoodies will be available to your customers as an option in the “style” dropdown menu of your existing Pullover Hoodies and no action is needed to enable them.
Note: Cropped Hoodies are a style variant of Pullover Hoodies so they are not listed in your Artist Studio as a standalone product. Adjustments or edits made to Pullover Hoodies will automatically be applied to Cropped Hoodies.
