Introduce yourself and your work!
Hi, my name is Celine (ArtisanRose), and I’m a digital artist who creates fashion-like illustrations. The majority of my work is based on mood and expression.
Could you tell us about the playlist you put together?
The playlist for me is inspired by an image of a female just hanging out, chilling in her room. The room has pink LED lights on, clouds hanging on her ceiling, artificial plants, and other really cute décor. Basically, someone just working in a creatively charged space is what motivated this playlist.
What song or artist do you have on repeat recently?
I’d have to say Chloe x Halle.
If your art were a music genre, what would it be?
It would probably be 90s R&B, Neo Soul.
How do you describe your musical taste?
I like upbeat music that can also slow things down. Something that sets a chill vibe in the room does it for me.
What part does music play in your creative process?
It’s everything for my process! Music helps me create the mood I want to give off and sets the tone for my work.
