Simply stated, Now On View celebrates and showcases the artists of Society6 and their work. Get to know them—and then get lost in their gallery.

As a way of introducing yourself, who are you and what do you do?

I am Francisco Cortés, illustrator and designer, geometry lover and passionate about surreal spaces.

Current city: Mexico City

How did you make these?

After a few years working as an industrial designer, I began to fall in love with illustration. Over time, I discovered I could combine these two disciplines into 3D illustration. I use sketching techniques, 3D software, and a GPU rendering engine.

Where do you draw your inspiration from?

Poetry and photography always inspire me.

What is the best advice you’ve gotten as an artist or the most important thing you’ve learned?

Never stop learning other disciplines. It could be music, poetry, anthropology, or whatever you feel curious about.
