FAQs:
What are the required pixel dimensions for the poster asset?
The preferred size is 5437px wide x 7237px tall. At a minimum, you will need to upload an asset that is 2718px x 3618px. It can be either a jpg or a png.
What’s the size of the poster?
18” x 24”. When you’re designing for a poster, make sure it’s within a 3:4 aspect ratio. We’ll add a white border to any additional space around the artwork.
What asset is being used to activate posters?
Art prints that meet the following requirements will be seeded: 1:1 to 9:16 aspect ratio. (Images narrower than 9:16 aspect ratio will not be seeded)
Note: Art Prints that are not 3:4 will be centered on the poster and white padding will be added.
Can I design a horizontally-oriented poster?
Nope, only vertical.
Is opacity a factor?
Opacity isn’t a factor, but if the asset does not fit the whole template, everything else will be printed as a white border around the asset
Wood Wall Art
– 3’ x 3’ size (in feet): comes with nine 12” (inch) wood squares
– 4’ x 4’ size (in feet): comes with nine 16” (inch) wood squares
– 5’ x 5’ size (in feet): comes with nine 20” (inch) wood squares
– Each square is ½” baltic birch wood
– Keyhole on back for easy hanging (hardware not included)

What are the required pixel dimensions for wood wall art?
We’re offering wood wall art at three different sizes, so at a minimum, they should be at least:
2601px X 2601px
3465px X 3465px
4329px X 4329px
But we recommend:
5418px X 5418px
7218px X 7218px
9018px X 9018px
How is opacity handled on wood wall art?
Everything that is pure white in the asset will be treated as transparent, and shown as the wood grain of the physical product (similar to clear stickers). That applies to JPG & PNG file formats.
What asset is being used to activate a product if we are using legacy content?
Wood wall art will be seeded from the Shower curtain asset.
Is there anything I should keep in mind for this product?
Since there are 9 panels that make up this product, it’s important to pay attention to how your art stretches over each panel (1:1 square aspect ratio).
