Who are you and what do you do? I’m Jessie Chen, an illustrator, visual artist and general practitioner based in Australia. I’m chronically multitasking and struggle to focus on one thing at a time. I pick up new projects all the time without ever having the intention of finishing anything.

How did you make these? I started with digital illustration, which I would conceptualise on my iPad and do finishing touches on Photoshop. At the moment I’m working on contemporary portraiture, working mainly with acrylics.
Why did you make these? I make work in response to what I find beautiful, and holds meaning for me.
