Hi there fellow S6ers!
We’re looking for a handful of artists for the next artist powered zine – RETRO.
The concept is fairly open, and all the work chosen will embody some strong retro flavor depicted by that S6 artist’s trademark visual language.
Applying is easy, just fill in your S6 prints store link on the Apply Now button screen below. You do not need to produce new work for the Retro collab before submitting. Please only apply if you’re able to commit to producing a brand new work applicable to the Retro theme. We’ll choose 20 artists, and have this printed by January 2018.
Application window is from September 25 – October 13, 2017.
Guidelines for navigating this collaboration:
1. Please click the black “APPLY NOW” button below ONLY if you at least intend to contribute. On the form, simply copy + paste your S6 Prints page link and click SUBMIT – boom, so simple. You must apply by no later than Friday, October 13th to be eligible to participate. We’ll email chosen artists shortly after the deadline, and those chosen will need to have your work completed by November 10th.
2. This is a chance for you to interpret ‘Retro’ how you see fit!
3. The final dimensions of the book will be 9″ x 12″ and only hi res 300dpi art will be accepted.
You will be notified via email for inclusion in the Retro zine. Alright now, time to let your creative minds get to work and see.
